What is "Early Case Analytics"?  - 
As more and more cases have elements of electronic discovery (E-Discovery) have a clear and concise understanding of the electronically stored information "ESI" early in the matter improves your ability to plan your case as well as defend your position and strategy in the meet and confer.

This service will generate a detailed report, graphs and charts summarizing the types of ESI you have for this matter, the costs and time to process, review and produce it.  The report does not include any detail which would be privileged information and may be useful in the meet and confer to discuss the reality of discovery request.

 

The outputs from the analysis process are -
•ECA is an easy to use Web Based Tool (Internet Based) which requires registration and uses an ActiveX component to read the local data and create a summary view of it. ECA uses a Web based component to store the statistics on the data (summary) and generate a Standard Summary Report (free).   For a Premium ($) a client can receive a more comprehensive report which contains graphs, charts, expense / time graphs, etc. •The Last page of the report contains an Advertising page (which vendors bid on Ad placements, etc.)  •The report is stored on the server for a period of time, emailed to the end user.   •
